Margaret has more than 20 years of experience in medical and academic practices working in various positions including Medical Administrative Specialist, Reimbursement Manager, and Practice Administrator.
She earned a master's degree in Health Care Administration from Concordia University, Mequon, Wisconsin. She teaches full-time in the Medical Administrative Specialist program at Milwaukee Area Technical College and also holds a part-time position at the Medical College of Wisconsin as a Practice Service Liaison. which enables her to maintain currency in the ever-changing billing, coding, and reimbursement environment.
