Toni has more than 35 years within the healthcare industry. She is an Operations and Practice Administrator for a large Midwest Healthcare organization, with multiple clinics throughout the region. She has served as a National Training Manager for a multi-state hospital organization. She has worked in HR management, marketing, budgeting and forecasting, profit and loss management, compliance and governmental guidelines.
She has also been a Top performing IT project manager/training manager with over 20 years of experience in deploying EHR/EPM software solutions supporting ambulatory and clinical medical care delivery. She worked with multiple clients with a commitment to obtain the necessary population health analytics to meet and exceed the Medicare requirements for ACOs.
Toni recently rejoined PMI’s Instructor team. Her strong leadership and communication skills make her a resourceful problem solver focused on team success and the advancement of organizational goals. She holds CMOM, Six Sigma Lean Black Belt, and ATD certifications.
