Katie is the principal consultant with Willow Strategy Group. Willow Strategy Group equips individual leaders and organizations of all sizes with skills, tools, and coaching to enhance culture, leadership, and interpersonal dynamics.
She is the Vice President of Operations for UpStream Health, a growing healthcare provider. Katie has scaled the UpStream care model into new markets and has responsibility for optimization as well as care team culture and operations.
Prior to her current roles, Katie spent the majority of her career fostering growth in the Prisma Health medical group through escalating leadership roles that crossed clinical departments and geography. During that time, she began speaking at events and conferences. She has made dozens of appearances at live and virtual events over the past seven years. Katie holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Spanish from Furman University and a Master's in Health Administration from the Medical University of SC. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Leadership Psychology from William James College
